| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Podněsterskou moldavskou republiku a její současný status z hlediska suverenity státu. V práci je blíže popsán rozdíl mezi vnější a vnitřní státní suverenitou a principy státnosti jsou aplikovány na situaci v Podněstří. V úvodní části jsou stanoveny základní teoretické koncepce a předpoklady existence států a kvazistátů, následně je stručně rozebrána historie moldavsko-podněsterského konfliktu. Stěžejní částí je analýza současné Podněsterské moldavské republiky a faktorů ovlivňujících suverenitu regionu. Důležitým tématem prostupujícím celou prací se stala role Ruska v tamější společnosti. Práce poskytuje celistvý obraz podněsterské společnosti a ukazuje možná řešení zamrzlého konfliktu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the Transnistrian Republic of Moldova and its current status from the point of view of the state sovereignty. The thesis describes the difference between external and internal state sovereignty and the principles of statehood are applied to the current situation in Transnistria. The introductory part sets out the basic theoretical concepts and assumptions about the existence of states and quasi-states, and then briefly analyzes the history of the Transnistria conflict. The main part is the analysis of the current Transnistrian Republic of Moldova and factors influencing the sovereignty of the region. An important topic reflected throughout the whole thesis has been Russia's role in the Transnistrian society. The thesis provides a comprehensive picture of Transnistrian society and shows the possible solution to the frozen conflict. |
