Hlavní cíl práce je provést analýzu pracovní spokojenosti a benefitů ve vybrané společnosti a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout konkrétní doporučení pro společnost. V práci byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda adresného dotazování - dotazník. |
