| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je navržení nového využití budovy zchátralého Hotelu Budka v Úvalech na Praze – východ. Výsledný produkt je vytvořen na základě výsledků analýz lokality s ohledem na záměr pokračovat v hostinské činnosti. Pro zhodnocení možností a potenciálu byla zpracována analýza přírodních a kulturních podmínek, poskytovaných služeb v obci a dopravní dostupnosti lokality. Zároveň byla provedena analýza konkurenčních zařízení v okolí. Na základě výsledků analýz byl vypracován projekt na obnovu hotelu s restaurací a multifunkčním sálem a využití stávajících prostor po rekonstrukci. Práce zahrnuje zpracování marketingového mixu zvlášť pro hotel a restauraci, návrh provozní struktury, která podporuje vybraný druh restaurace a hotelu se specializací na českou kuchyni a ubytování v souladu s architekturou budovy a doby z které pochází. Výsledkem práce je částečné zpracování podkladů pro vznik podnikatelského záměru, který využije objekt centrální historické budovy v Úvalech, jenž bude poskytovat služby pro místní obyvatele a zároveň pomůže vytvářet podmínky pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu na Praze – východ, což bude mít pozitivní vliv také na regionální rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a new business of Hotel Budka in Úvaly in Prague – East area. The product is based on the results of the site analyzes following the goal to continue in hospitality branch. The analytical part consists of analyzing natural and cultural conditions, attractions, provided services in the town and the accessibility of the location. Competing facilities in the neighborhood were analyzed to. The new concept is based on the results of the analyzes, which brings a renovation project and re-opening of the hotel with a restaurant and a multifunctional hall. The thesis involves the marketing mix especially for hotel and restaurant, design and equipment and operating structure, which supports the chosen idea and style of the business. The restaurant is specialized on Czech cuisine and the accommodation is design in accordance with the building's architecture. The result of this work is a partial elaboration of documents for creation a business plan. The business in hospitality field will give to the central building of the town a new significance. Because it will provide services for both, the local inhabitants and at the same time will help create conditions for the development of tourism in Prague – East location with a positive impact on regional development. |
