| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je aplikace metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant v oblasti kolektivního investování a následné porovnání výsledků s rozhodnutím v reálné situaci v praxi. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o kolektivním investování. Stručně je popsána historie kolektivního investování v ČR, dále je popsána klasifikace fondů, popis hlavních výhod a nevýhod kolektivního investování. Druhá kapitola se zaobírá právní úpravou kolektivního investování v ČR. Poslední kapitola teoretické části pojednává o teorii rozhodování. Jsou zde objasněny základní pojmy. Následuje teoretické objasnění použitých metod. V praktické části je pomocí metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant nalezeno kompromisní řešení pro dva typy investorů, které je porovnáno s rozhodnutím, které jednotlivý investor učinil v reálné situaci. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Master’s thesis is the application of multi-criteria evaluation methods in the field of collective investment and the subsequent comparison of the results with the decision in real practical situation. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with collective investment. A brief description of the history of collective investment in the Czech Republic, the classification of funds, the description of main advantages and disadvantages of collective investment are involved. The second chapter deals with the legal regulation of collective investment in the Czech Republic. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with multicriteria decision making. Here the basic concepts are explained, followed by the theoretical clarification of used methods. In the practical part, the compromise solution for two types of investors is found, using multi-criteria decision-making methods, which is compared to the decision made by the individual investor in a realistic situation. |
