| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením a posouzením systémů zdravotnictví ve vybraných bohatých ropných zemích Blízkého Východu prostřednictvím analýzy těchto systémů. Mezi země, které jsou v práci srovnávány, patří Spojené arabské emiráty, Katar a Saúdská Arábie. V první části práce se teoreticky vymezuje zdravotnictví v daných regionech, uvádí základní charakteristiky systému v jednotlivých zemích. Druhá část práce se věnuje principu fungování systémů s důrazem na jejich financování, role veřejného a privátního sektoru a celkové postavení pacienta v daném sektoru. Závěrečná kapitola se věnuje jejich základním nedostatkům a s tím spojených dlouhodobých výzev pro srovnávané země s možným řešením jako je postupná implementace elektronizace zdravotnictví a celkové zefektivnění systémů do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation and assessment of health systems in selected rich Middle Eastern oil countries through the analysis of these systems. Countries that are compared at the work include the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. The first part of the work is theoretically defined by health care in the given regions, indicating the basic characteristics of the system in the individual country. The second part of the thesis focuses on the principle of operation of the systems with the emphasis on their financing, the role of the public and private sector and the overall position of the patient in the system. The final chapter addresses their fundamental shortcomings and the associated long-term challenges for compared countries with a possible solution such as gradual implementation of eHealth strategy and to make the system more effective in the future. |
