| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vztahu mezi státem a jeho diasporou v zahraničí. Nejdříve práce obecně představuje způsoby dělení emigrace a principy spolupráce mezi státním aparátem a krajany. Poté se zabývá konkrétní kooperací mezi Českou republikou a českou zahraniční komunitou a dále představuje množství dat a údajů o současnosti české diaspory. Poslední část této diplomové práce se věnuje praktické straně spolupráce. Nejprve je v praktické části představen vzdělávací projekt Česká škola bez hranic, který se věnuje vzdělávání v rámci tzv. herritage language a poté je navrženo několik možností, jimiž by bylo možno spolupráci vylepšit. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis deals with the relation between the state and its diaspora abroad. Firstly, the general types of emigration and the principles of collaboration between the state apparatus and the emigrants are introduced. Then the focus of this paper turns towards the specific cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Czech community abroad. Subsequently a number of data and figures follow, describing the current situation of the Czech diaspora. The last part of this thesis discusses the practical aspects of the cooperation. Initially the educational project Czech School Without Borders is presented. This project is engaged in education of children in their so called heritage language. Lastly few possible improvements of the collaboration are suggested. |
