| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou PPP projektů jako alternativního nástroje spolufinancování a jejím hlavním cílem je porovnání prostředí nutného k úspěšné realizace PPP projektů v České republice a ve Velké Británii za účelem zjištění, co je klíčem k úspěchu a co by měla Česká republika změnit či převzít, aby vytvořila podobně úspěšné prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje podstatě veřejného sektoru a principům fungování partnerství soukromého a veřejného sektoru a praktická část pak pomocí syntetické analýzy komparuje prostředí obou zemí z hlediska určených podmínek. Závěr je pak doporučením, jakým směrem by se měla Česká republika ubírat dále. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of Private-Public-Partnership projects as an alternative form of public funding and its aim is to compare environments both in the United Kingdom and in the Czech Republic which are absolutely crucial for a succesful implementation of PPP projects. The aim of this comparison is to dissect those two environments and to find out the difference between those two in order to stipulate what is a key to a succesful PPP projects. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with fundamentals of public sector and basic principles of public-private-partnership. The practical part of the thesis offers an analysis of those two environments and their comparison. Conclusion then offers some recommendations and steps that should be taken in the future. |
