| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracování podnikatelského plánu založení cestovní kanceláře Express Tour, která by se zaměřovala na segment rusky hovořících turistů navštěvujících Prahu za účelem poznání a odpočinku. Dalším cílem bylo zhodnotit realizovatelnost samotného podnikatelského plánu.Pomocí vytvořeného projektu byly odhaleny slabé a silné stránky podniku, definovány jeho rizika a představeny vzorové zájezdy cestovní kanceláře. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to develop a business plan for setting up a touroperator.The main segment of the business should be Russian speaking tourists visiting Prague for a purporse of knowledge and relaxation. This thesis also evaluates whether or not this project has a chance for real operation. Created project shows weaknesses and strengths of the company, defines its risks and represents exemplary tours of the fouded touroperator. |
