| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje procesu založení uměleckého souboru, který prakticky aplikuje na žesťové kvinteto BRASStet. Práce se podrobněji zabývá volbou vhodné právní formy. Jejím cílem je vybrat takovou právní formu, která nejvíce odpovídá kri-tériím funkčnosti uměleckého souboru, tedy umožňuje souboru naplno a bez omezení vykonávat jeho uměleckou činnost. Pro stanovení těchto kritérií je provedena diskuze se členy souboru a analýza obdobně zaměřených uměleckých těles. Výsledná kritéria jsou podpořena poznatky z teoretické báze. Práce porovnává vedení souboru jako vy-braných právních forem neziskové organizace i podnikání. Dílčími cíli práce je v krocích zpracovaný postup založení dle požadavků vybrané právní formy s časovým hlediskem, odpovědnými osobami a finanční náročností. Dále jsou navrženy veškeré potřebné zakládací dokumenty a administrativa nutná ke spravování a řízení souboru. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the process of establishing an artistic ensemble which is then practically applied to the brass quintet named BRASStet. The thesis deals in more detail with the choice of the appropriate legal form. The aim of the thesis is to select such legal form that most closely matches the criteria of functionality of the artistic ensemble. It thus allows the ensemble to perform its artistic activities without restriction. To determine these criteria, a discussion with the members of the ensemble and an analysis of similarly oriented chamber ensembles is made. The resulting criteria are supported by theoretical knowledge. The thesis compares the management of the ensemble with selected legal forms of non-profit and business organizations. Partial goal of the thesis is a step-by-step process of establishing the ensemble according to the requirements of the selected legal form with time perspective, responsible persons and financial demands. In addition, all the necessary foundation documents and administration required to manage the ensemble are designed. |
