| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu, který bude sloužit, jako podklad při zakládání společnosti JUST DONUTS, s. r. o. v Jindřichově Hradci. Práce shrnuje jednotlivé kroky, metody a jejich následnou implementaci v praktické části. Ta se zabývá proveditelností projektu, která stojí na interní a externí analýze, ale i marketingovém mixu, který musí být adaptabilní ke specifickým potřebám zákazníků. Avšak nejdůležitějším faktorem je finanční analýza, jež je zpracovaná ve třech různých variantách a má rozhodující funkci při jeho realizaci. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master thesis is to assemble the business plan, which will serve as a background for the foundation of JUST DONUTS, Ltd. in Jindřichův Hradec. The thesis summarizes the individual steps, methods and their subsequent implementation in the practical part. The practical part deals with the feasibility of the project, which is based on the internal and external analysis but also on the marketing mix, which must be adaptable to the unique needs of the customers. However, the most important factor is the financial analysis, which is elaborated in three different variants and has a decisive function in its implementation. |
