| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti zaměstnance v sociálních službách a tvorbou profilu takového typického pracovníka. Cílem práce je zjištění pracovní spokojenosti pracovníků v sociálních službách, kteří pečují o seniory v konkrétním domově pro seniory v kraji Vysočina. Dalším cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit,zda se liší spokojenost těchto pracovníků v závislosti na jejich věku, nejvyšším dosaženémvzdělání, vykonávané funkci v rámci organizace, na jakém oddělení v organizaci zaměstnanci pracují a jak dlouho zde pracují. V teoretické části jsou vymezenypojmy, které souvisejí s danou problematikou. Praktická část je zaměřena na smíšený výzkum pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců pomocí dotazníkového šetřenía rozhovoru s personalistou. Pro toto šetření byl zvolen standardizovaný dotazník od P. E. Spectora – Job Satisfaction Survey. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with the issue of employee satisfaction in social services and creating the profile of such a typical worker. The aim of the thesis is to find job satisfaction of workers in social services who care for seniors in a specific retirement home in the Vysočina region. Another aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out, whether the satisfaction of these workers varies according to their age, the highest achievededucation, function performed within the organization, in which department of the organization employees work and how long they work there. The theoretical part definesterms that relate to the issue. The practical part is focused on mixed employee satisfaction research through a questionnaire survey and an interview with a personalist. For this survey, a standardized questionnaire was selected by P. E. Spector - Job Satisfaction Survey. |
