| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Outsourcing informačních a komunikačních technologií v ČR analyzuje současnou situaci outsourcingu ICT v České Republice. V teoretické části je zpracována existující literatura a výzkum zabývající se tématem outsourcingu ICT. V praktické části jsou zpracována data týkající se praktického využití outsourcingu ICT v České Republice. Pro porovnání jsou prezentovány také výsledky obdobných šetření v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky a průměr zemí tzv. osmadvacítky EU. Dále jsou analyzovány výstupy vlastního výzkumu odpovídajícího na výzkumné otázky týkající se rozhodování o outsourcingu a integraci služeb třetích stran, výhodnosti outsourcingu (cost experience), úrovni služeb outsourcingu (service experience), inovací a způsobu výběru outsourcingového partnera. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky vycházející z analýzy dat ČSÚ, Eurostatu a výsledků šetření vlastního výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | Thesis Outsourcing of Information and Communication Technologies in the Czech Republic is an analysis of the current state of ICT outsourcing in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part of the work deals with the existing literature and research done on the topic of outsourcing ICT. Practical part of the thesis compiles gathered data about the usage of ICT outsourcing in the Czech Republic, countries of the Visegrad group and the average in the European Union. Further, outcome of own research conducted specifically for this thesis is presented. The research answers questions related to decision making related to outsourcing of ICT and integration of third party services into the company, the profitability of outsourcing (cost experience), the level of services provided (service experience), the innovations and the way of choosing an outsourcing partner. Summaries of findings coming from the analysis of data from ČSÚ, Eurostat and own research are outlined in the conclusion. |
