| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá podporou zdraví na pracovišti, a to konkrétně ve společnosti ABC. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat aktuální stav a preference v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů se zaměřením na podporu zdraví. Na základě analýzy získaných dat navrhnout doporučení za účelem zlepšení péče o zdraví zaměstnanců, která povede k jejich stabilnímu pracovnímu výkonu. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem zdraví, jeho determinanty a souvislosti s pracovním prostředím, včetně aktuálních trendů v poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů s ohledem na problematiku zdraví. Dále je blíže popsána společnost ABC, sestaveno dotazníkové šetření a vyhodnocena sesbíraná data. Na základě všech získaných informací je provedena analýza, jejíž výstupy jsou použity ke zmapování aktuálního stavu a preferencí zaměstnanců právě v oblasti podpory zdraví. Na závěr jsou navržena doporučení, jejichž implementace má potenciál ke zlepšení péče o zdraví zaměstnanců, která by současně vedla v dlouhodobém hledisku k udržení jejich stabilního pracovního výkonu a spokojenosti. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with workplace health promotion, especially in ABC company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current status and preferences in the area of employee benefits with focus on health promotion. Based on the analysis of the acquired data, propose recommendations to improve employee health care, which will lead to their stable work performance. The theoretical part explains the notion of health, its determinants and the context of the work environment, including current trends in the provision of employee benefits with respect to health issues. Further, ABC company is described in detail, a questionnaire survey has been prepared and data collected. Based on all the information obtained, an analysis is carried out, the outputs of which are used to map the current status and preferences of employees in the area of health promotion. Finally, recommendations are proposed, the implementation of which has the potential to improve the health care of employees, which would also lead to sustainable performance in the long run. |
