| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje fenoménu nezaměstnanosti a jednomu ze způsobů, jak ji snižovat – aktivní politice zaměstnanosti. Teoretická část práce se zabývá fungováním trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a jejímu významu pro společnost, ale zaměřuje se zejména na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti. Cílem je zhodnocení efektivity aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v Plzeňském kraji v letech 2006–2016. Práce tak činí především prostřednictvím hlediska minimalizace nákladů na jednoho umístěného uchazeče o zaměstnání a dospívá k závěru, že rekvalifikace jsou nejefektivnějším nástrojem APZ vkraji. Mimo to analyzuje vývoj výdajů na APZ a počtu a struktury uchazečů o zaměstnání v kraji a dochází k dílčím závěrům. Hlavním přínosem je komplexní pohled na vývoj využívání APZ namenším územním celku, který netrpí strukturálními problémy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of unemployment and one of the ways to lower it – active labor market policy. The theorethical part of the thesis deals with the functioning of labor market, unemployment and its significance to the society but mainly focuses on ALMPs. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of active labor market policy in the Pilsen region in 2006–2016. The aim is achieved primarily by the use of cost–minimal analysis and it is found that retraining is the most effective instrument of active labor market policy in the region. Moreover, this paper analyzes the deveploment of expenditure on ALPMs and the development of the number of the unemployed in the region and their structure and concludes with partial results. The main added value of this paper is a complex view on how the ALMP is used on a smaller territorial unit that does not suffer from structural problems. |
