| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou financování školství v České republice s ohledem na sledované roky 2005-2016. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku školství, která je důležitá pro pochopení struktury školství a jeho financování. Praktická část zkoumá celkový pohled na veřejné příjmy a výdaje ze státního rozpočtu na vzdělávání a analyzuje regionální a vysoké školství. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit financování školství z veřejných rozpočtů v ČR a zjistit jeho nedostatky. České školství není pro vládu prioritou, proto je spíše podfinancované a do budoucna by bylo vhodné, aby veřejné výdaje na vzdělávání byly vyšší, anebo jako alternativa, aby bylo na veřejných vysokých školách zavedeno školné. |

| Abstract: | This Thesis deals with the analysis of education financing in the Czech Republic with respect to the monitored years 2005-2016. The theoretical part is focused on the education characteristic, which is important for understanding the structure of education and its financing. The practical part examines the overall view of public income and expenditures from the state budget on education and analyzes regional and higher education. The aim of the Thesis is to evaluate the education financing from public budgets in the Czech Republic and to identify its weaknesses. Czech education is not priority for the government, therefore it is rather under-funded, and in the future it would be appropriate for public expenditure on education to be higher or as an alternative to introducing tuition at public higher education institutions. |
