| Abstract: | The Bachelor Thesis aims to determine the concept of Industry 4.0 (i4.0) in the fashion industry. It focuses on the possibilities of i4.0 elements in the improvement of the performance of fast fashion brands. The theoretical part describes the key aspects of digitalization in terms of digital supply chain and operations management tools. The practical part presents the case study of the firm and the set of analyses to evaluate its performance, industry and competition. The outcome of the thesis is to explore the role of Industry 4.0 in the fast fashion industry as a driver to maintain competitive advantage. |

| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je určit koncept Industry 4.0 (i4.0) v módním průmyslu. Zaměřuje se na možnosti prvků i4.0 při zlepšování výkonu značkových značek. Teoretická část popisuje klíčové aspekty digitalizace z hlediska nástrojů digitálního dodavatelského řetězce a řízení provozu. Praktická část představuje případovou studii firmy a soubor analýz k vyhodnocení jejího výkonu, průmyslu a konkurence. Výsledkem práce je prozkoumat roli Industry 4.0 v odvětví rychlého módu jako hnací síly udržení konkurenční výhody. |
