| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá náklady spojené s porodem předčasným a porodem v termínu. Cílem analýzy je porovnání finančních nákladů vzniklých při porodu v období od 24. do 37. týdne těhotenství s náklady spojenými s porodem v termínu. Práce bere v potaz nejen náklady vzniklé za pobyt novorozence v nemocničním zařízení, ale i technické vybavení neonatologických oddělení či sociální náklady spojené s odchodem matky na rizikové těhotenství. Při vyhodnocení nákladů za vybrané týdny porodu, dochází práce k závěru, že předčasný porod je v nákladech mnohonásobně vyšší než porod v termínu s rozdílem až několika milionů. Práce nabízí komplexní shrnutí nákladů na pobyt novorozence na neonatologickém oddělení dle vybraných týdnů porodu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis examines the costs associated with pre-term birth and birth in term. The aim of the analysis is to compare the financial costs incurred during childbirth between the 24th and the 37th week of pregnancy with the costs associated with giving birth within the term. The work does not only include costs incurred for the stay of a newborn in a hospital, but also the technical equipment of neonatology departments or the social costs associated with the departure of a mother to a risk pregnancy. When assessing the cost of the selected weeks of delivery, it concludes that premature birth is at a much higher level than birth in the term with a difference of up to several million. The work offers a comprehensive summary of the cost of staying newborn in neonatology department according to selected weeks of childbirth. |
