| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Výchova k podnikavosti žáků na středních školách“ si klade za cíl představit problematiku podnikavosti spojenou s její výchovou u žáků středních škol. Pojem výchova i podnikavost má mnoho významů a definicí, proto jsou v samotném úvodu vymezeny, tak jak jsou vnímány v celé diplomové práci. Poté následuje rozbor dokumentů vydaných Evropskou unií i Českou republikou o problematice podnikavosti, z nichž vyplývá, že je důležité žáky vést k zakládání vlastního podnikání, jelikož to zabezpečí hospodářský růst, zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti i životní úrovně v evropských zemích. Další kapitola se věnuje postavení podnikavosti a její výchovy v současných školních kurikulech evropských i českých zemích. Cílem je zjistit, jak je tato problematika integrována do vzdělávacích systémů a jaké metody jsou v evropských zemích nejčastěji využívány. Následuje analýza hlavních atributů, které ovlivňují výchovu k podnikavosti, z níž vyplývá, že je zásadní správný výběr vyučovací metody. Na analýzu navazuje kapitola, která se věnuje komparaci právě dvou nejpropracovanějších metod Fiktivní firma a firma Junior Achievement. Na závěr je proveden výzkum, který má za cíl zhodnotit tyto dvě metody z hlediska samotných žáků. |

| Abstract: | The thesis „Entrepreneurship education of high school students“ aims to introduce the issue of entrepreneurship and education in secondary schools. The concept of education and entrepreneurship has many meanings and definitions, so in the introductory chapter are terms defined as they are perceived throughout the thesis. The first chapter is followed by an analysis of the documents published by the European Union and the Czech Republic. These documents show that entrepreneurship education is very important. Students should be encouraged to set up their own business, as this will ensure economic growth, competitiveness and standard of living in European countries. Another chapter deals with the position of entrepreneurship education in contemporary school curricula of European countries and Czech Republic. The aim is to find out how this issue is integrated into education systems and what methods are most commonly used in European countries. The following is an analysis of the main attributes that influence entrepreneurship education. The analysis shows that the learning method is important. The next chapter contains a comparison of the two most sophisticated methods Student (fictitious) firms and Junior Achievement. The last chapter deals with research. The aim of the research is to evaluate these methods by the students. |
