| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce Analýza trhu práce v ČR v letech 2007-2017 se zřetelem na skupinu osob nad 50 let je zhodnotit postavení starších osob na trhu práce, porovnat výdaje státu na rekvalifikace s podporou v nezaměstnanosti u třech příjmových modelových skupin, zhodnotit úspěšnost uplatnění na trhu práce po úspěšně absolvované rekvalifikaci a analyzovat využití a nákladovost aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Teoretická část definuje trh práce, nezaměstnanost, státní politiku zaměstnanosti a nástroje spadající pod tuto politiku. Praktická část využívá metodu analýzy a komparace k zjištění stavu starších osob na trhu práce, úspěšnosti při hledání pracovního místa po absolvované rekvalifikaci, posouzení využívání a nákladovosti nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, porovnání nákladů na rekvalifikace s podporou v nezaměstnanosti u třech modelových příjmových skupin. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis Analysis of the labour market in Czech Republic in 2007-2017 with regards to group of persons over 50 years of age is focused on situation of elder people on the labour market. Compares state retraining expenditures with unemployment benefit of three income groups, Evaluates the success of finding a new employment after successful retraining and analyze the use and costs of active labour market policy. Theoretical part defines the basics of the labour market, the unemployment, the employment policy and the active labour market policy instruments. Practical part uses the methods of analysis and comparison to evaluate the status of elder people and their chances of finding a new employment after successful retraining. The practical part assesses the use and cost of active labour market policy instruments and compares costs of retraining with unemployment benefit of three income groups. |
