| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat ekonomické reformy prováděné Michailem Gorbačovem z doby perestrojky. První část práce se věnuje popisu ekonomické situace v Sovětském svazu před začátkem perestrojky. Druhá část poskytuje analýzu jednotlivých reforem a jejich dopad na sovětskou ekonomiku. U těchto reforem jsou zkoumána především jejich východiska, záměry, průběh a jejich výsledný vliv na sovětské hospodářství. Práce potvrzuje tezi, že perestrojka nebyla cestou k tržní ekonomice, ale jednalo se pouze o dílčí reformy systému centrálně řízené ekonomiky. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to analyze the economic reforms performed by Mikhail Gorbachev during perestroika era. The first part of the thesis deals with the description of the economic situation in the Soviet Union before the begging of perestroika. The second part provides an analysis of individual reforms and their impact to Soviet economy. These reforms are examined mainly concerning their bases, objectives, progress and their resulting impact on Soviet economy. The bachelor thesis confirms that perestroika was not a path to the market economy, but it was only a partial reform of a centrally planned economy. |
