| Abstract: | Tato práce zkoumá současnou situaci a nastavení důchodového systému v ČR. Na základě očekávaného demografického vývoje a zkušeností s aplikací důchodových reforem v zahraničí analyzuje potenciální budoucí směřování jednotlivých důchodových pilířů v ČR. Hlavním zdrojem zkušeností s alternací důchodového systému je v této práci důchodová reforma, která v roce 1981 proběhla v Chile. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou penzijních modelů a jejich srovnáním, jejichž historické použití je nutné k pochopení rozdílu mezi principem solidarity a principem ekvivalence. Cílem práce je identifikovat případné dopady alternací současného důchodového systému na příjmy a výdaje státního rozpočtu. Pomocí základních mikroekonomických modelů spotřeby práce analyzuje i dopady na úroveň spotřeby jednotlivých ekonomických subjektů. Tato analýza si klade za cíl odhadnout potenciální vliv na úroveň agregované míry spotřeby a jejího dopadu na HDP. Předpokládaný demografický vývoj povede v budoucnosti k růstu výdajů na důchody, což může stát řešit například oddálením odchodu do důchodu nebo zvýšením sociálního pojištění. Práce poukazuje na předpoklad, že po případné alternaci důchodového systému, mohou být příjmy státu ze sociálního pojištění nahrazeny zvýšeným daňovým inkasem. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the current situation and settings of pension system in Czech Republic. Taking into the account the predicted demographic trends and experiences with foreign pension reforms and their applications, thesis is analyzing the potential future development of each pension pillar in Czech Republic. The main source of experiences with the pension reforms comes from the 1981 reform conducted in Chile. Theoretical part of the thesis is concerned about the characteristics of pension models and their comparison, as the historical use of these models is essential to understand the difference between the solidarity and equivalence principals. The main aim of the thesis is to identify potential impact of possible alternations of Czech pension system to the incomes and costs of the national budget. This thesis is trying to analyze potential impacts of such changes to the individual consumption levels, with the help of basic microeconomic models of consumption. Which is trying to explain and predict changes of the aggregated levels of consumption and their impact on the GDP. Future demografic changes will lead to an increase of neccessary contributions of state towards the pension fond. Possible solutions of such development are seen for instance in increasing the minimal age required for pension or increased social insurance. This work concentrates on the alternative way, cosidering changes in pension system, while considering an option of gaining pension funding through tax incomes. |
