| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozdíly ve starobním důchodu zaměstnance a osoby samostatně výdělečně činné. Nejdříve je popsán současný důchodový systém České republiky, jeho pilíře a principy. Poté se práce zaměřuje na sociální zabezpečení České republiky, kde jsou popsány pravidla pro stanovování výše pojistného na sociálním zabezpečení. V praktické části diplomové práce je proveden modelový výpočet důchodu u zaměstnance a osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a poté jsou stanoveny případy pro koho a o kolik je systém výhodnější. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení výnosnosti důchodového systému při různých výších příjmů a porovnání s alternativními možnostmi spoření na důchod. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on the differences between the pensions of the commercially employed and self-employed worker. Firstly, the current pension system of the Czech Republic, its pillars and principles will be described. The thesis will then focus on the social security of the Czech Republic and describe the rules for determining the amount of social security premiums. In the practical part of this thesis, a model calculation of the pensions of the commercially employed and self-employed worker is made and the cases for whom and to what extent the system is more favorable are determined. To conclude, an assessment of the profitability of the current pension system at different income levels and a comparison with alternative pension systems will be made. |
