| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza využívání vybraných flexibilních forem práce v České republice v letech 2010–2016, zasazení poznatků do kontextu Evropské unie a zjištění, zda a případně jak by se měla změnit jejich právní úprava. V teoretické části práce je nejprve charakterizován trh práce, stručně popsán jeho historický vývoj a aktuální trendy, které ho ovlivňují. Další část se věnuje flexibilitě práce a popisuje jednotlivé flexibilní formy práce včetně jejich současné i navrhované právní úpravy. Z analýzy dat Eurostatu v praktické části vyplývá, že míra využití flexibilních forem práce v České republice v průměru rostla, i když velmi pomalu, a výrazně zaostává za průměrem Evropské unie. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření ukazují, že právní úprava flexibilních forem práce je podle většiny HR odborníků dostačující a změny navrhované novelou zákoníku práce z roku 2016 by byly z pohledu zaměstnavatelů spíše negativní, vedoucí ke snížení pružnosti práce a zvýšení administrativní zátěže. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the use of selected flexible forms of employment in the Czech Republic during the years 2010-2016, putting the findings into the context of the European Union and finding if and how they need to be altered. Firstly, in the theoretical part, there is characterized the labour market and its historical development and current trends which affect the market. The next part looks into the flexibility of employment and describes various flexible forms of labour including its current and proposed regulations. It follows from the analysis of the data from Eurostat in the practical part results that the degree of usage of flexible forms of employment in the Czech Republic had been increasing, even though very slowly, and is currently still significantly below the average of the EU. The results of the questionnaires show that the existing regulation of flexible forms of employment is according to the HR experts sufficient. The proposed changes made by the 2016 amendment to the Labour Code would be rather negative and would lead to decreasing labour flexibility and to increasing of administrative burden. |
