| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá investováním fondů private equity a jednotlivými druhy private equity. Mimo jiné, do většího detailu je rozebrán druh private equity real estate a jednotlivé strategie investováni nemovitostních private equity fondů. Práce popisuje akviziční proces a investici do nemovitostí se zaměřením na due diligence nemovitostní společnosti. V praktické části je rozebrán konkrétní příklad investice do nemovitostí počínaje stanovením kupní ceny po zhodnocení výkonností investice. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis focuses on investing of private equity funds and certain types of private equity. Furthermore, detailed analysis is done on private equity real estate and investment strategies of private equity real estate funds. Thesis describes acquisition process and investment in Real Estate with concentration on due diligence process. Practical part illustrates specific example of investment in real estate from determination of purchase price through evaluation of the investment. |
