| Abstract: | Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit současnou situaci v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti firem v Kraji Vysočina. Dílčím cílem je zhodnocení, zda takto společnosti konají z vlastního přesvědčení nebo z důvodu získání konkurenční výhody. V teoretické části je vymezena podstata CSR, CSR v České republice a přehled indikátorů za Kraj Vysočina. Součástí praktické části je vlastní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, doplněný rozhovory se zástupci vybraných společností. Následně je poskytnuto doporučení a vyhodnocený výzkum. |

| Abstract: | The master´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current situation of the Corporate Social Responsibility in the Vysocina Region. The particular goal is to evaluate if companies are prioritizing CSR because they really want or just because of the competitive advantage. The theoretical part covers the basis of the CSR, corporate social responsibility in the Czech Republic and focuses on the Vysocina Region. In the practical part there is an author´s own research using quantitative and qualitative research methods. Then the thesis provides recomendation and evaluates the current state of the CSR in the Vysocina Region. |
