| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu pro zavedení systému Milk run v kaplické pobočce mezinárodní společnosti Engel Austria GmbH.. V teoretické části je představena logistika obecně, kanban, JIT a Milkrun, štíhlá výroba a druhy plýtvání, logistický řetězec a teorie zásob. Praktická část se pak věnuje představení společnosti, popisu a analýze stávajícího stavu včetně zhodnocení a návrhu změn. Dále jsou detailně popsány veškeré kroky, které vedly ke konečnému návrhu systému Milk run. Návrh obsahuje rozmístění zásobovaných pracovišť s vyznačenou mírou intenzity jejich spotřeby, optimální trasy pro Milk run vlak a časový rozvrh zavážení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master‘s thesis is to create a proposal for the introduction of the Milk run system in the Kaplice branch of the international company Engel Austria GmbH. The theoretical part is focused on logistics in general, kanban, JIT and Milk run, lean production waste (muda) and inventory. The practical part includes company presentation, description and analysis of the current state, including evaluation and proposal for changes. In addition, all the steps that led to the final design of the Milk System are described in detail. The proposal includes the deployment of supply stations with their consumption intensity, the optimal route for the running milk and the loading schedule. |
