| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat motivaci učitelů na vybraných základních školách a z výsledků učinit závěry, které mohou pomoci jednotlivým školám v přístupu ke svým učitelům. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na prozkoumání a shrnutí již známých teorií a pojmů, které s motivací souvisejí, a bude rozdělená do jednotlivých logicky navazujících podkapitol. Praktická část bude obsahovat analýzu získaných informací. Informace budou získány prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů. Dotazníky budou rozdány na 3 školách a rozhovory provedeny na 1 škole. Výsledky by měly pomoci detailnějšímu porozumění motivaci učitelů základních škol a lepšímu pochopení toho, co je vůbec k volbě jejich povolání vedlo a co je na jejich práci nejvíce baví. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this work is to investigate the motivation of teachers at selected elementary schools and to draw conclusions from the results that can help individual schools to access their teachers. The theoretical part will be focused on exploring and summing up the already known theories and concepts that are related to the motivation and will be divided into separate logical subchapters. The practical part will include an analysis of the information obtained. Information will be obtained through questionnaire surveys and structured interviews. Questionnaires will be distributed in 3 schools and interviews sill take place at 1 school. The results should help to better understand the motivation of elementary school teachers and better understanding of what has led to the choice of their profession and what is most interesting about their work. |
