| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu aukcí výtvarného umění v České republice, s důrazem na ekonomiku a legislativu. Analyzuje současný stav českého trhu s výtvarným uměním, srovnává ho se zahraničím a definuje legislativní opatření trhu a ekonomické nástroje nebo teorie, které s obchodem s výtvarným uměním souvisí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny hlavní pojmy a typologie aukcí, následně je popsán současný stav trhu a je shrnuta dnešní praxe, která vychází z platné legislativy. Popsán je celý průběh aukce a její náležitosti a také aktéři na trhu s uměním. Praktická část přináší tři polostrukturované rozhovory s odborníky, které odpovídají na tematické otázky a nastiňují hlavní problémy, řešení a trendy aukčního trhu s výtvarným uměním u nás i v zahraničí. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is devoted to the subject of art auctions in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on economics and legislation. It analyzes the current state of the Czech art market, compares it with foreign countries and defines legislative measures of the market and economic instruments or theories related to the topic. In the theoretical section, the main concepts and typology of auctions are defined, the current state of the market is described and the current practice based on valid legislation is summarized. There i salso described the whole process of the auction and its requirements as well as the actors on the art market. The practical section brings three semi-structured interviews with experts, who answer the thematic questions and there ate outlined the main problems, solutions and trends of the auctions market in the Czech Republic and also abroad. |
