| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšením výrobního procesu uplatněním metody Total Productive Maintenance ve společnosti Latecoere Czech Republic. Zlepšovatelská iniciativa vycházela z přístupu Lean Six Sigma, jenž podněcuje k rozvoji podniku na základě zdokonalení procesů. Výsledkem je zhotovený projekt, který přinesl změny v pracovních postupech a položil základy trvale zlepšenému stavu produkce. Pro dosažení cílů bylo využito metodiky DMAIC a vybraných Lean nástrojů, které společně zajistily úspěšnou aplikovatelnost projektu v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis is dealing with the improvement of working process and application of methodology called Total Productive Maintenance in Latecoere Czech Republic. The improving initiative is based on approaches of Lean Six Sigma, which is encouraging to the company’s development together with process development. The output is a final project, which has brought about the changes in the whole working process and put the base to the steady improvement in production processes. To achieve each set goal, the DMAIC methodology and selected Lean tools were used, which together ensured a successful application of the project in practice. |
