| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjistit a ukázat, jaký je přínos výměnného studijního pobytu pro osobní rozvoj z pohledu studentů. K měření tohoto přínosu bylo využito kvantitativního výzkumu v podobě dotazníků. Dotazník byl sestaven převážně z Likertových škál o pěti bodech, založených na modelu sedmi vektorů osobního rozvoje. Vektory jsou následující: Vývoj kompetencí, Řízení emocí, Od autonomie ke zdravé vzájemné závislosti, Tvorba dospělých mezilidských vztahů, Tvorba vlastní identity, Utváření vlastního smyslu a Rozvíjení integrity. Z výsledků práce je možné konstatovat, že výměnný pobyt má přínos pro účastníky v oblasti rozvoje kompetencí, tvorbě vztahů, utváření identity a rozvíjení integrity. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to find and demonstrate the contribution of the exchange study program on the personal development of the participants from the point of view of students. This is measured with quantitative research, specifically with questionnaires. The questionnaire was composed largely of five-point Likert scale, based on a model of the seven vectors of the personal development. The vectors are as follows: Developing competence, Managing emotions, Moving through autonomy toward interdependence, Developing mature interpersonal relationships, Establishing identity, Developing purpose and Developing integrity. Based on the results of this thesis it can be stated that the exchange stay is a contribution for the participants in competence development, relationship building, identity formation and integrity development. |
