| Abstract: | Náplní diplomové práce je analýza inkluze na základních školách v České republice, přičemž je kladen důraz na hlavní město Prahu. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi hlavních kapitol. Úvodní kapitola je věnována teorii organizace a pojetí školy jako organizace, poté se práce zaměřuje na školu jako předmět řízení. Zbylé části jsou věnovány problematice inkluze obecně, inkluze v České republice s důrazem na hlavní město Prahu a pro komparaci se práce zabývá inkluzí ve Finsku a Rakousku. V poslední kapitole probíhá syntéza, jež se zamýšlí nad úspěšností inkluze v českých podmínkách a nastiňuje oblasti, ve kterých by bylo možné další zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The primary aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of inclusion at primary schools in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the capital city of Prague. The thesis is divided into seven main chapters. The introductory chapter is devoted to the theory of organization and the concept of school as an organization, then the thesis is focused on the school as a management subject. The remaining parts are devoted to the issue of inclusion in general, inclusion in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the capital city of Prague and the thesis is also concerned with inclusion in Finland and Austria. In the last chapter there is a synthesis, which focuses on the success of inclusion in Czech conditions and outlines the areas where further improvements could be made. |
