| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zlepšení současného stavu v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců vybraného hotelu, jejich spokojenost se současnou situací a následující analýza problémů, které ovlivňují zvyšování motivace zaměstnanců v této firmě. Lidský faktor je stěžejní oblastí, jenž nejvíce ovlivňuje spokojenost zákazníka a proto správně motivovaný personál může být zdrojem konkurenční výhody daného hotelu. Cíle diplomové práce jsou dosaženy díky kvalitativnímu šetření, kterému předcházelo kvantitativní šetření, které bylo provedeno v této společnosti. Přínosem této práce jsou doporučení vedoucí ke zvýšení stávající úrovně motivace a spokojenosti pracovníků a tím snížení fluktuace těchto pracovníků. |

| Abstract: | The target of this diploma thesis is the improvement of the current state in the area of motivation of employees in the selected hotel, their satisfaction with the current situation and subsequent analysis of issues which influence the increase of motivation of employees in this company. The human factor is the core area which mostly influences the satisfaction of a guest, and therefore a correctly motivated personnel could be the source of an competitive advantage of a particular hotel. Objectives of the diploma thesis are achieved through qualitative survey, which was preceded by quantitative survey carried out in this company. The benefit of this work are recommendations leading to the increase of current level of motivation and satisfaction of employees and thus to reduction of the fluctuation of these employees. |
