| Abstract: | Pracovní spokojenost je komplexní veličina, která může mít zásadní pozitivní i negativní dopady na firmu. Existuje velký soubor faktorů, které ji ovlivňují, a které může ovlivnit ona. To jsou důvody pro zvolení pracovní spokojenosti jako hlavního tématu diplomové práce. Primárním cílem je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjistit pracovní spokojenost v DPD CZ s.r.o. První část práce je zaměřena na seznámení se s tématem a vymezení základních pojmů spojených s pracovní spokojeností. Jejím účelem je porozumět tématu. V druhé části jsou stanoveny cíle práce a výzkumné otázky. Jsou zde přiblíženy postupy a procesy spojené se získáním a zpracováním primárních dat. Poslední část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení získaných dat a na interpretaci výsledků spolu s definováním návrhů pro zlepšení současného stavu. |

| Abstract: | Job satisfaction is a complex variable that can have major positive and negative impacts on the company. There is a large set of factors that affect it and which can affect it. These are the reasons for choosing job satisfaction as the main topic of the diploma thesis. The primary goal is to find out job satisfaction in DPD CZ s.r.o. through a questionnaire survey. The first part of the thesis is focused on familiarization with the topic and definition of basic terms connected with job satisfaction. Its purpose is to understand the topic. The second part sets out the aims of the thesis and the research questions. Here are the approaches and processes associated with the acquisition and processing of primary data. The last part focuses on the evaluation of the obtained data and the interpretation of the results together with defining the proposals for improvement of the current state. |
