| Abstract: | Disertační práce se zaměřuje na ekonomické migranty z Vietnamu, Ukrajiny a Ruska působící na českém trhu práce. Primárním cílem disertační práce je identifikovat a posoudit překážky pro vstup vybraných skupin migrantů na český pracovní trh na základě zkušeností těch státních příslušníků, kteří jsou již na trhu práce v ČR integrováni.Sekundární cíl směřuje k nalezení způsobů a zpracování poznatků o prostředcích, které migranti volí k překonání nalezených bariér.Součástí práce je rovněž diskuze o koncepci imigrační politiky a jejího možného zefektivnění z hlediska českého trhu práce. Dále se text zaměřuje na určení a vyhodnocení možností zefektivnění uplatnění migrantů pocházejících z vybraných zemí na český pracovní trh a také na podporu a následné zlepšení zacházení s touto cílovou skupinou. Podpora efektivnosti je zhodnocena v rámci vstupu migrantů na pracovní trh. |

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on economic migrants emigrating from Vietnam, Ukraine and Russia, and working in the Czech labor market. The primary objective of the paper is to identify the obstacles for entry into the Czech labor market from the point of view of a migrant who is already active within the Czech labor market. The secondary objective is to identify the coping strategies that migrants adopt in order to overcome these identified barriers. Part of the paper is also a discussion on the setting of immigration policy and its possible streamlining. The purpose of the dissertation theses is also to identify possibilities for making the integration of migrants more effective in the Czech labor market and to support the target group to receive better treatment. |
