| Abstract: | Táto práce si klade za cíl provést ocenění komerční banky Raiffeisenbank jako celku. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, každá z jednotlivých kapitol se snaží vyřešit samostatný úkol. První kapitola je věnována charakteru bankovní činnosti s přihlédnutím k otázkám právní regulace a specifice bankovního systému v Rusku. V též kapitole jsou rozebírána hlavní rizika, kterým banka může ve své činnosti čelit. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na popsaní hlavních metod, jež jsou používány při ocenění bank. Třetí a závěrečná kapitola se zabývá samostatným oceněním AO Raiffeisenbank. Na začátku kapitoly je podrobněji rozebírán předmět ocenění, následně je provedena finanční analýza a strategická analýza, sestaven finanční plán a provedeno výsledné ocenění. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims to make a valuation of the commercial bank Raiffeisenbank as a whole unit. The thesis is divided into three chapters, each of them tries to solve a separate task. The first chapter is devoted to the banking as a business activity, considering issues of legal regulation and specifics of the banking system in Russia. The chapter also contains the main risks the bank may face in its activities. The second chapter is focused on describing the main methods used in the valuation of credit institutions. The third and final chapter deals with the independent valuation of JSC Raiffeisenbank. At the beginning of the chapter the subject of the valuation is analyzed in more detailed way, then the chapter proceeds with the financial and strategic analysis, the financial plan and the final valuation. |
