| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnotit spolupráci obcí v rámci mikroregionu Sdružení Růže a mikroregionu Pomalší, zaměřit se na příčiny neúspěchů ve spolupráci a zhodnotit dopady meziobecní spolupráce do hospodárnosti členských obcí. V České republice existuje 77 % malých obcí pod 1 000 obyvatel. Ačkoli tyto obce nemají finanční prostředky na realizování mnoha projektů, odmítají se slučovat. Meziobecní spolupráce je tak jedinou možností.Mikroregion Pomalší byl analýzou řízených rozhovorů, podloženou vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření, označen jako aktivnější. Mikroregion Sdružení Růže v současné době spíše stagnuje. Hlavní příčinou neúspěchu ve spolupráci byl vyhodnocen problém černého pasažéra či nedostatečná komunikaci mezi představiteli obcí. Na území obou mikroregionů funguje více forem spolupráce, které se vhodně doplňují, tudíž celkový přínos meziobecní spolupráce do hospodárnosti jednotlivých obcí je značný. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to evaluate inter-municipal cooperation in the Sdružení Růže microregion and the Pomalší microregion, to focus on the causes of cooperation failures and to evaluate the impacts of inter-municipal cooperation on the economy of municipality members.In the Czech Republic there are 77 % of small municipalities under 1 000 inhabitants. Although these communities have no funds to implement required projects, they refuse to merge. Inter-municipal cooperation is the only option.The Pomalší microregion was identified as more active according to the analysis of controlled interviews, based on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. The Sdružení Růže microregion is currently rather stagnant. The main cause of the failure was the free rider problem or the lack of communication between the municipal representatives. There are more forms of cooperation in the territory of both microregions, which are suitably complementary, so the overall contribution of inter-municipal cooperation to the economy of individual municipalities is significant. |
