| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce je poskytnout přehled o změnách, které se na hypotečním trhu v posledních dvou letech udály, a o jejich reálném dopadu na hypoteční trh. V úvodní části práce vysvětluji základní informace o hypotečním úvěru a vymezením pojmů. V hlavní praktické části se zabývám porovnáním změn na trhu. Toto porovnání provádím přes dva indexy. V závěru celou práci podkládám analýzou podílů jednotlivých bank na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my thesis is to provide an overview of the changes that occurred in the mortgage market in the last two years and their real impact on the mortgage market. In the first part of the thesis I explain basic information about mortgage loan and definition of terms. In the main practical part I deal with the comparison of changes in the market with the use of two indexes. In conclusion, I analyze the share of individual banks in the market. |
