| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá současná i budoucí rizika českého pracovního trhu. Základním cílem je analyzovat postavení ohrožených skupin obyvatel spolu s faktory, které jsou klíčové z hlediska predikce rizik dopadajících na trh práce v rámci procesu digitalizace, automatizace a robotizace hospodářské činnosti. Díky úspěšnému plnění národních cílů zaměstnanosti strategie Evropa 2020 je vyvrácena hypotéza o nedostatečném zohledňování znevýhodněných skupin, naopak hypotéza zvyšování rizik dopadajících na trh práce vlivem digitalizace je částečně potvrzena. Digitalizace však na český pracovní trh přináší i pozitivní faktory – zejména rozšiřování nových forem pracovních úvazků a potenciál ve tvorbě nových pracovních míst. Dalším záměrem práce je zároveň poskytování možných opatření a doporučení, která ideálně povedou ke zmírnění dopadů zmiňovaných rizik. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis examines the present and future risks of the Czech labor market. The main objective is to analyze the position of vulnerable population groups along with the key factors in predicting labor market risks as part of the process of digitization, automation and robotization of economic activity. Due to the successful fulfillment of the national employment targets of the Europe 2020 Strategy, the hypothesis of insufficient consideration of disadvantaged groups is refuted, on the contrary, the hypothesis of increasing risks to the labor market due to digitization is partially confirmed. However, digitization also poses positive factors on the Czech labor market - especially the expansion of new forms of work and the potential for job creation. Another aim of the work is to provide possible measures and recommendations that ideally lead to the mitigation of the impacts of the mentioned risks. |
