| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zhodnocení současné situace společnosti ARES CZ s.r.o. na základě informací zjištěných provedením strategické analýzy a jejích dílčích kroků, informovat čtenáře o analyzované společnosti a také o odvětví venkovní reklamy a poskytnout doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce budou definovány klíčové pojmy a metody strategické analýzy, zejména PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, interní analýza, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. V praktické část bude představena společnost ARES CZ s.r.o. a provedeny samotná strategická analýza. Na závěr bude zhodnocena současná situace společnosti na základě zjištěných informací a budou poskytnuta doporučení pro rozvoj společnosti, jež bude moct vedení společnosti využít pro plánování budoucí strategie. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current situation of the company ARES CZ s.r.o. based on strategic analysis and its methods. Its aim is also to inform the reader about the company, the outdoor advertisement industry and to suggest recommendations for its future development. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the key concepts and methods will be defined, mainly the PESTLE analysis, Porter’s five forces model, internal analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. In the practical part, the ARES CZ s.r.o. company will be introduced, and the strategic analysis executed. In conclusion, the current situation of the company will be evaluated and recommendations for further development of the company will be suggested, which the management of the company will be able to utilize to plan future strategy. |
