| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou činnosti manažerů první linie ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a identifikovat pracovní činnosti prvoliniových manažerů ve vybraném výrobním podniku a následná tvorba a vyhodnocení časových snímků pracovního dne jednotlivých manažerů. Pro analýzu činností a tvorbu časových snímků pracovního dne byly jako metodologický aparát využity metody pozorování, individuální rozhovory s jednotlivými manažery první linie a rozhovor s vedoucí personálního útvaru vybraného podniku. Jednotlivé analýzy jsou shrnuty v souboru případových studií. Výsledky časových snímků pracovního dne mají sloužit jako detailnější přehled o výkonu práce jednotlivých manažerů první linie a to jak pro vedení podniku, tak pro každého konkrétního manažera. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the analysis of the activities of first-line managers in the chosen organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and identify the work activities of first-line managers in the chosen manufacturing organization and a consecutive creation and review of time frames of a workday of individual managers. The methodologies used for the analysis and the creation of time frames of workdays were observations, individual conversations with the first-line managers and an interview with the head of human resources department of the chosen organization. The individual analyzes are summarized in a set of case studies. The results of the time frames of work day are supposed to serve as a detailed performance overview of the individual first-line managers for the organization management as well as every single manager. |
