| Abstract: | This research aims to analyse the current state of fashion and assess its negative impact on environmental and social issues, while investigating the role of EU in the transformation of the fashion industry into a sustainable business. It attempts to quantify the negative effects and to suggest improvements from EU perspective in order to avoid reaching the environmental critical point caused by the fashion industry. |

| Abstract: | Tato práce má za cíl zanalyzovat současný stav módního průmyslu a zevaluovat jeho negativní dopad na životní prostředí a sociální problémy, hodnotíc roli EU v transfomaci módy do udržitelného odvětví. Práce se zaměřuje na kvantifikaci negativního dopadu a na doporučení pro zlepšení aktivit ze strany EU s cílem vyhnout se kritckému bodu environmentální krize, na které se módní průmysl podílí. |
