| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizace trasování ve zkoumané společnosti, která provozuje největší síť neautorizovaných servisů autoskel v České republice. Cílem této práce je navrhnout nový systém vyhledávání nejdostupnější pobočky společnosti pro jednotlivé zákazníky dle místa jejich bydliště. Mezi metody použité v této práci patří analýza původního systému, podrobný popis vývoje nového systému, kvalitativní výzkum ve formě strukturovaných rozhovorů a měření nového systému v praxi. V úvodní části práce jsou definované základní pojmy a hlavní principy trasování. Dále je v práci zachycena současná situace na trhu servisů autoskel v ČR a je detailně popsán celý proces vývoje nového systému. Závěrečná část se zabývá zpětnou vazbou telefonních operátorek a měřením rozdílů mezi původním a novým systémem. V rámci diplomové práce se podařilo pro zkoumanou společnost vytvořit nové řešení trasování, které pomohlo zjednodušit pracovní postupy, zpřesnilo určování nejvhodnější pobočky a zrychlilo celý proces zpracování nové zakázky. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis is dedicated to a route optimization problem in a company, which runs the largest network of aftermarket automotive glass fitting shops in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to design a new system, which would find the optimal branch of the company for each specific customer according to their place of residence. The research methods used in this thesis include an analysis of the original system, a detailed description of the new system development, a qualitative research in the form of structured interviews and measurements of the improvements introduced by the new system. Basic terms and fundamental principles of routing are defined in the first part of the thesis. In the following part the author analyzes the current situation on the market of automotive glass fitting companies in the Czech Republic and also describes in detail the new system development process. The last part of the thesis contains the feedback of the call center representatives and measurements of the differences between the original and the new system. In this master’s thesis the author managed to develop a new routing solution for the selected company, which helped to simplify work processes, improved the accuracy of optimal branch identification and made the procedure of new order processing faster. |
