| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je komplexně popsat realizaci mezinárodní přepravy uceleného vlaku s pohonnými hmotami. Aby čtenář dokázal lépe pochopit tuto problematiku, budou v teoretické části nejprve vysvětleny základní teoretické pojmy a popsány podstatné náležitosti týkající se jak legislativy, tak provozní stránky této přepravy. Budou zde představeny důležité dokumenty, o něž se mezinárodní železniční nákladní přeprava opírá, a také významné instituce usilující o vyšší konkurenceschopnost železnice. Dále bude také popsána problematika přepravy nebezpečného zboží. V praktické části bude nejprve celá přeprava představena a následující podkapitoly poté budou popisovat jednotlivé kroky při realizaci této přepravy. Na závěr bude provedeno celkové zhodnocení a budou také analyzovány faktory významně ovlivňující provozní a ekonomickou stránku této přepravy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master thesis is to comprehensively describe the realization of international transport of block train with fuels. In order to better understand this issue, first there will be explained the basic theoretical concepts and described the essential elements relating to legislation and the operational aspects of this transport. There will be presented important documents on which international rail freight transport is based, as well as important institutions which endeavour to improve the competitiveness of the railway. The issue of transport of dangerous goods will be also described. In the practical part, the whole transport will be firstly presented and the following subchapters will then describe the steps in the realization of the transport. Finally, there will be an overall evaluation andthe analysis of factors which influence the operational and economic aspects of this transport. |
