| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zohledněním a popisem celého modelu realitní kanceláře, realitního trhu a klientského servisu vůči různým segmentům klientů a přístupů realitní kanceláře. Cílem práce je následně vypracovat návrhy na zefektivnění klientského servisu, makléřské odbornosti, činností kanceláře, péče o klienty a služeb spolu s přímou či nepřímou komunikací realitní kanceláře s mnohými klientskými segmenty. Práce je hlavně postavena na osobních zkušenostech a znalostech autora s prací v realitní kanceláři na pozici realitního makléře v období 2015-2017. Veškeré podnikatelské návrhy byly sestaveny a naleží autorovi. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis concerns itself with thorough description of real estate company, market, approaches towards clients and client services for various segments. Main goal of this thesis is to provide all relevant suggests of improving the services, expertise, activities and customer´s care together with direct or indirect business communication with many client´s segments. This thesis is based on author´s own work experiences of being a real estate broker during time period 2015-2017. All business ideas belong to the author. |
