| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitelností týmových komunikačních nástrojů v akademickém prostředí, přesněji na Fakultě informatiky a statistiky Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Cílem této práce je vytvoření analýzy využitelnosti vybraných týmových komunikačních nástrojů ve výukovém procesu. Tato analýza má za cíl poskytnout dostatečné informace potřebné pro přijetí rozhodnutí, zda vybrané nástroje budou využity i v budoucnu. V první části této práce je objasněn důvod potřeby dané analýzy včetně popisu současného a žádaného cílové stavu na Fakultě informatiky a statistiky. Zároveň je v této části popsán výběr konkrétních nástrojů na základě stanovených kritérií a následně jsou představeny základní funkcionality vybraných nástrojů. V druhé části této práce jsou stanoveny podmínky pro pilotní nasazení vybraných týmových komunikačních nástrojů do výukového procesu. Tato část zároveň objasňuje způsob výběru výukových kurzů pro potřeby pilotního nasazení. Zároveň je v této části popsán způsob sběru zpětné vazby od uživatelů včetně představení výsledků. Tato zpětná vazba je využita při tvorbě doporučení a pravidel pro budoucí implementaci vybraných nástrojů do dalších výukových kurzů. Výsledkem této části je stanovisko k doporučení využití vybraných týmových komunikačních nástrojů i v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the usability of team communication tools in an academic environment, specifically at the Faculty of informatics and statistics of the University of Economics, Prague. The aim of this thesis is to create a usability analysis of selected team communication tools in a teaching process. This analysis has a goal to provide enough information needed for a decision, whether the selected tools will be used in the future. In the first part of the thesis, the need for the analysis is explained including a description of the current and requested target situation at the Faculty of informatics and statistics. In this part, a selection process of particular tools based on determined criteria is also described. The selection process is followed by a description of elementary functionalities of the selected tools. The second part of the thesis explains and sets conditions for pilot deployment of the selected team communication tools into teaching. In this part also the methods are described, which are used for collecting feedback from users including demonstrating results. This feedback is also used during a recommendations and rules creation for selected tools implementation into other learning courses. The result of the second part is a standpoint for usage of selected team communication tools in the future. |
