| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem implementace chatbota s důrazem na etické problémy, jež může automatizace konverzace přinést. Práce zkoumá, jaké etické problémy mohou fungování nástrojů autonomní komunikace ovlivnit. Jde především o problémy týkající se bezpečnosti, soukromí a důvěry.Diplomová práce analyzuje hlavní platformy nástrojů autonomní komunikace současnosti z pohledu jejich využití. Návrh implementace vychází z indukčního výzkumu se stanovením čtyř hypotéz. Primární data byla sestavena prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření, přičemž sekundární soubor informací byl získán z nejaktuálnějších akademických či poloakademických publikací a elektronických zdrojů. Práce se opírá se o důležité okolnosti implementace chatbota pro zákaznickou podporu, přičemž výzkumným cílem je upozornit na existenci etických rizik a doporučení nejvhodnějšího řešení s ošetřením této problematiky pro společnost AD-IN-ONE Europe, a. s.Výsledky diplomové práce ukázaly, že aplikované nástroje automatizované komunikace v podobě vytvořeného prototypu jménem ADRIANA mohou být prospěšným prostředkem, přestože existují mnohá omezení z důvodu nevyspělé technologie a absence povědomí lidí o tom, jak mají s chatboty komunikovat a zacházet. Zároveň je velmi nízká úroveň povědomí o bezpečnostních a etických rizicích spjatých s touto novou technologií. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of implementation of chatbot with an emphasis on the ethical problems that can automation of conversation bring. The paper examines what ethical problems could be influenced by autonomous communication tools. These are mainly problems related to security, privacy and trust.This diploma thesis analyzes the main platforms of autonomous communication tools from the perspective of their use. The implementation proposal is based on inductive research with four hypotheses determination. Primary data was compiled through semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey, with a secondary set of information being obtained from the most up-to-date academic or semi-academic publications and electronic resources. The thesis is based on the implementation of the relevant circumstances of the chatbot for customer support. The research aims to highlight the existence of ethical risks and recommendation of the most appropriate solution of this issue for the company AD-IN-ONE Europe, a. s.The results of the diploma thesis shows that automated communication tools in the form of a prototype called ADRIANA can be a useful tool despite the fact that there exists many limitations due to the lack of the technology advance and people's awareness of how to communicate and treat chatbots. At the same time, there is a very low level of awareness of the security and ethical risks associated with this new technology. |
