| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem technologie internet věcí, shrnuje současné technologické možnosti a rozsah tohoto relativně nového trendu v různých odvětvích, jako je například zdravotnictví nebo zemědělství. Práce se nejvíce zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu restaurací v České republice a hledá způsoby, jak by bylo možné implementovat internet věcí do restauračního provozu.Pomocí této analýzy jsou vypsaná možná zařízení, která je možná v současné době aplikovat v plném provozu restaurace. Zároveň také práce popisuje jejich potenciální hrozby. Celkovým výstupem práce je koncept chytré restaurace, která by za pomocí změny procesu dokázala zefektivnit celkovou práci zaměstnanců, snížit celkovou čekací dobu zákazníků a také dokázala minimalizovat náklady. Výstupem této práce je také návrh na úpravy jedné z vybraných restaurací. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is aimed to describe the technology of internet things, summarizes current technological possibilities and the scope of this relatively new trend in various branches such as healthcare or agriculture. The thesis focuses most on the analysis of the current state of the restaurants in the Czech Republic and tries to find ways to implement the Internet of Things to Restaurant.Using this analysis there are listed possible equipment that is currently possible to apply in the full operation of the restaurant. At the same time, the work describes their potential threats. The overall output of the work is the concept of a smart restaurant that, through a change in the process, has made it possible to streamline the overall work of the employees, reduce the overall wait time of customers, and minimize costs. The output of this work is also a proposal for editing one of the selected restaurants. |
