| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje situaci vzdělávání v české republice obecně, ale hlavně situaci vzdělávání ve zdravotnictví. Obecným cílem práce je navrhnutí implementace aplikace uuCourseKit, která byla vyvinuta ve společnosti Unicorn. V teoretické části je tento stav shrnut na základě rešeršní činnosti a řízeného rozhovoru s odborníkem z oblasti zdravotnictví. Dále je zde popsán nástroj, jehož úkolem je zlepšit situaci vzdělávání v jedné ze tří variant, které vzešly z rešeršní části v teoretické fázi práce. Důležitým prvkem teoretické práce je také popis principů vývoje aplikací ve společnosti Unicorn, ve které byla aplikace uuCourseKit vyvinuta. Praktická část se konkrétně věnuje třem návrhům na implementaci aplikace uuCourseKit. Každý návrh okomentuje a zhodnotí jeho pro a proti v rámci hodnotících kritérií. Stěžejní částí praktické části práce je provedení multikriteriální analýzy variant návrhů implementace aplikace uuCourseKit do zdravotnického zařízení. Analýza bylo podpořena kombinací dotazníkového řešení a řízeného rozhovoru s odborníky z oblasti implementace aplikací. Výsledkem analýzy je výběr jednoho z návrhů. V závěru jsou zmíněny rizika a některé kroky, pomocí kterých můžou být rizika pro implementaci snížena. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the situation of education in the Czech Republic in general, but most importantly with the situation of healthcare education. The goal of the thesis is a proposal for implementation of uuCourseKit. In the theoretical part, the healthcare education situation is summarized on the basis of research activities and on a controlled interview with a healthcare professional. In this part there is also described the tool that improves the situation of education in one of the three options that emerged from the research part in the theoretical phase of the thesis. An important element of the theoretical work is also a description of the principles of application development in Unicorn, in which the uuCourseKit application was developed.The practical part deals specifically with three proposals for implementing the uuCourseKit application. Each proposal describes and evaluates its pros and cons within the evaluation criteria. The main part of the practical part of the thesis is to perform a multi-criteria analysis for proposal of the uuCourseKit implementation into the healthcare facility. The analysis was supported with a combination of questionnaire and a structured interview with people specializing in field of application implementation. The result of the analysis is the selection of one of the proposals. Finally, there are mentioned the risks and some steps by which the risks for implementation can be reduced. |
