| Abstract: | Tato práce analyzuje problematiku nástrojů pro řízení projektů a portfolií, její trh, součas-né trendy, klíčové hráče, ale také samotnou oblast řízení projektů a potrfolií v organizacích. Jedním z cílů této práce je provedení analýzy trhu nástrojů pro řízení pro-jektů a portfolií. Této oblasti je práce věnována z velké části a mezi její součásti patří analýza komerčních nástrojů a s nimi spojených klíčových hráčů na trhu a provedení ana-lýzy současných trendů, které jsou důležité pro správný chod řízení projektů a portfolií v rámci nástrojů i v rámci organizace. Dalším cílem je vymezení kritérií pro porovnání vybraných nástrojů. Tyto kritéria byla vybrána na základě analýzy současných trendů a na základě těchto kritérií byly porovnány vybrané nástroje. |

| Abstract: | This paper work analyzes the issue of the tools for managing projects and portfolios, its market, current trends, key players, but also the area of project and portfolio management of organizations. One of the objectives of this work is to analyze the market of tools for managing projects and portfolios. This area is devoted to a large part of its work and its components include analysis of commercial tools and their key market players and an analysis of current trends that are important for the proper management of projects and portfolios within the tools and within the organization. Another objective is to define cri-teria for comparing selected tools. These criteria were selected on the basis of an analysis of current trends and selected tools were compared on the basis of these criteria. |
