| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou nástroje pro sledování chování klienta v internetovém bankovnictví. Cílem práce je provést celý proces tvorby reportu a jeho závěrečné představení. K jeho dosažení bylo potřeba splnění dílčích cílů, mezi než patří analýza informačních potřeb odběratelů reportu, vytvoření modelu dat, zpracování dat pro potřeby reportu a jeho prezentace. Této osnově přesně odpovídá praktická část práce. Ta je doplněna o teoretickou část, která se zabývá metodikou analýzy informačních potřeb, kde jsou mimo jiné rozebrány informační potřeby jednotlivých odběratelů výstupního reportu. Dále je popsána problematika designu informací, tedy způsoby, jakými je vhodné data v rámci reportu prezentovat a je prozkoumán reportovací nástroj SAS Visual Analytics. Výstupem diplomové práce je report, který může sloužit pro interní účely bankovní společnosti, nad jejímiž daty je report vytvořen. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a tool for monitoring client behavior in internet banking. The aim of the thesis is to realize the whole process of making report and its final presentation. To achieve this it was necessary to meet partial goals including the analysis of the information needs of the report‘s users, creation of data model, processing of data for the needs of report and its presentation. These points match the practical part of the work, which is supplemented by the theoretical part focused on methodology of the analysis of information needs, including the information needs of individual customers of the output report. The teoretical part also describes the issue of information design, which way is appropriate to present the data in a report and the reporting tool SAS Visual Analytics was created. The target of the diploma thesis is to create the report that can be used for internal purpose of the banking company over whose data the report is created. |
